Third Grade spent the morning in the operating room with their Chief of Surgery, Ms. Harris! After diagnosing their patients, they carefully transplanted the prescribed Text Features and completed their Post-Op Reports! Text Features included Glossary, Table of Contents, Heading, Bold Text, Photographs, Illustrations, Diagrams, and more!

Strawn ISD will be closed Monday, November 9, 2020, to keep our healthy students from becoming ill, to give ill students the opportunity to recover, and to allow GermBlast specialists time to clean and disinfect classrooms and areas.



District Championship Game tonight at Greyhound Stadium. The Strawn Greyhounds will play their rival, the Gordon Longhorns, starting at 7:30 PM. Come out and support your Hounds!

LOGAN'S PICKS
Logan Sizemore, a Senior at Strawn ISD, aides the Library daily. Logan checks in, organizes, and helps sanitize returned books. Now, Logan is also picking out books he thinks our young readers may enjoy.
